We are using Breezy HR, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. As part of that process Breezy HR will be processing the personal information you've shared in accordance with Cromwell's instructions.

When you apply for a job posted by us, the information we collect / you provide is used to determine whether or not you're a good fit for current and future roles at our company. We will keep your information on file for 3 years to ensure consideration for future positions, then your data will be deleted. If we would like to keep your information longer than 3 years, we will send you a renewal of this Privacy Notice for your consent first.

If at any point you would like to amend/remove the information we have collected, or have it shared with you, please let us know.
